Frequently Asked Questions

What happens after the 4-month minimum?
Your subscription renews automatically each month at the same rate. You can cancel anytime after the minimum commitment period by contacting us at legal@simlev.space.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect from the next billing cycle.
What is the difference between the subscription fee and the treatment cost?
The subscription fee (15, 30, or 40 ₪) covers your booking and reservation through SimLev. The total treatment value is separate — the booking fee is deducted from the total, and the remaining balance is paid directly to your therapist during the session.
How does billing work?
You are billed on the same calendar day each month as your original subscription date. For example, if you subscribed on the 10th, you will be charged on the 10th of each subsequent month.
Do “Make a Gift” or corporate bookings use my subscription?
No. “Make a Gift” purchases and corporate services (offices, events, etc.) are charged at the full treatment value and are separate from your subscription plan.
