General Principles

Simlev is committed to operating in full compliance with applicable data protection laws. Our priority is to protect users' personal data, ensure safe interactions between clients and therapists, and minimize legal exposure. These provisions apply to all users of simlev.space, regardless of location.

Applicable Laws

Simlev complies with the following regulations depending on the user's jurisdiction:

• Israel: Privacy Protection Law, 1981 (as amended). Simlev is incorporated under Israeli law and complies with all requirements for collection, use, retention and disclosure of personal data.
• EU / EEA: General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR 2016/679). When providing services to EU/EEA residents, Simlev acts as Data Controller based on explicit consent, contract performance, or legitimate interests.
• United States: California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and equivalent state laws. Users may request disclosure or deletion of their personal data. Simlev does not sell personal data.
• Brazil: Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018).
• Canada: Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
• Other regions: Simlev will comply with applicable local privacy or consumer protection laws.

Information We Collect

• Personal identification data: Name, email address, phone number, and address provided during registration.
• Health information: Responses to the health declaration form completed before your first treatment. Explicit consent is required for this sensitive category of data.
• Payment data: Securely processed via third-party payment providers — Simlev does not store card details.
• Usage data: IP address, device, and browsing data used for security and service improvement.

All processing is limited to the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy.

How We Use Your Information

• To process and manage your bookings.
• To match you with the most suitable therapist in your area.
• To communicate important updates about your appointments.
• To improve our platform and services.
• To comply with legal obligations.

Health Data

Health information is treated with the highest level of confidentiality. It is shared only with the therapist assigned to your session, solely for the purpose of providing safe and appropriate treatment. Health data is never sold or shared with third parties.

Data Sharing

Simlev does not sell your personal data. We may share information with:

• The therapist assigned to your booking (name, address, and relevant health notes).
• Third-party payment processors to complete transactions.
• Authorities if required by law.

International Data Transfers

Data may be transferred internationally. Israel is recognised by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of protection. For transfers outside Israel/EU, Simlev applies Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us at legal@simlev.space.

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

Données de santé

Les données de santé sont traitées avec le plus haut niveau de confidentialité. Elles sont partagées uniquement avec le thérapeute assigné à votre soin, dans le seul but de fournir un traitement sûr et adapté. Elles ne sont jamais vendues ni partagées avec des tiers.

Partage des données

Nous ne vendons pas vos données. Nous pouvons les partager avec :

• Le thérapeute assigné à votre réservation.
• Les processeurs de paiement tiers.
• Les autorités si requis par la loi.

Transferts internationaux

Israël est reconnu par la Commission européenne comme offrant un niveau de protection adéquat. Pour les transferts hors Israël/UE, Simlev applique des clauses contractuelles types (CCT).

Conservation des données

Nous conservons vos données tant que votre compte est actif. Vous pouvez demander la suppression à tout moment : legal@simlev.space.
