Common questions
- What does the therapist bring?
- Everything the treatment needs: the folding table, the oils and the music. You do not have to prepare anything.
- How do I book a time?
- Choose the treatment, the date and the time. We look for a certified therapist available in your city, and you get an answer by email as soon as one accepts.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes. Cancelling more than 48 hours before gives you a full refund. Between 24 and 48 hours, half. Under 24 hours there is no refund.
- Are the therapists certified?
- Every therapist signs an agreement with SimLev and sends a professional diploma, professional insurance and tax registration before receiving a single booking.
